Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, we understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to offer store credit under the following terms:
If you need to cancel an order, we will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase. This credit can be used at any time, including on holidays, and does not expire.
If you need to reschedule your flower delivery or pickup, you may do so at least 4 days prior to the original delivery/pickup date. We cannot accommodate reschedule requests made within 4 days of the due date.
