Terms and Conditions

 

1. Overview

By placing an order with Sacred Petals,  you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and satisfaction for both parties.

2. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
     
  • In the rare event that certain flowers or materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value without prior notice.
     
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect details.
     

3. Perishable Products

  • Flowers are perishable and delicate by nature. Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
     
  • We do not guarantee exact replication of arrangements seen in photos, as seasonal variations may apply.
     

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Orders may be rescheduled up to 4 days prior to the original delivery or event date.
     
  • No refunds are given once an order is confirmed, but store credit will be issued if the order is canceled within the appropriate window.
     
  • Store credit can be used any time, including holidays, and does not expire.
     

5. Store Credit Policy

  • Store credit is issued via email or text and can be used for future purchases.
     
  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
     

6. Delivery

  • We strive to deliver on time, but unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, weather) may occur.
     
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer for further instructions. Additional delivery attempts may incur a fee.
     

7. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of ordering.
     
  • We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, apple pay].
     

8. Liability

  • Sacred Petals is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues caused by any flowers or materials used in arrangements.
     
  • Once a product has been delivered or picked up, we are no longer responsible for its condition.
     

9. Customer Communication

  • For the fastest service, please contact us via text or email. All communication should include your name and order number when applicable.
     

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, we understand that plans can change, so we’re happy to offer store credit under the following terms:

Store Credit

If you need to cancel an order, we will issue store credit for the full amount of your purchase. This credit can be used at any time, including on holidays, and does not expire.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your flower delivery or pickup, you may do so at least 4 days prior to the original delivery/pickup date. We cannot accommodate reschedule requests made within 4 days of the due date.
